Terms and Conditions / General Policy:

Our properties are primarily designed to cater to backpackers and smart travellers, fostering a dynamic and social atmosphere. To maintain the unique hostel/commune vibe and culture, we do not recommend anyone below 18 years of age to stay with us, even if accompanied with their guardians at all our hostel. Please Note: Guests below the age of 18 are not allowed in the dorm rooms. In case you are traveling with your family, a private room at Julley Commune (Vinayak Hospitality) or any other hotel would be more suitable to your needs.

We promotes lean hospitality essentially meaning that we are believers of self-service, no porter/valet/etc. and are a no frills hospitality company. This is ingrained in our operating model in order to provide excellent services to our guests while keeping the accommodation costs as affordable as possible. We also have adopted a pay-as-you-go model for certain amenities such as locks, toiletry kits and towels by offering such items on a chargeable basis. 

Julley Commune (Vinayak Hospitality) reserves all rights to admission and believes in providing a safe, secure and healthy living environment to all its guests. Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hostel management or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the management, the hostel management shall be entitled to take appropriate action against the guest, post a thorough investigation. 

Check-in: 1 PM, Check-out: 11 AM, non-resident guest visiting hours: 9 AM - 9 PM, silence hours: 10 PM – 10 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and at the discretion of the management. 

All guests are mandatorily required to present a GoI (Government of India) approved photo ID at the time of check-in (valid IDs being passport, aadhar, driving license or a voter ID). For foreigners, it is mandatory to present their passport and a valid visa (in originals) during the time of check-in. All Pakistani guests staying at any of our hostels must carry and present an additional residence permit letter from the Indian High Commission in Islamabad along with the passport and valid visa at the time of their check-in. PAN card or a student id card, etc. shall not be accepted as valid ID cards. 

Unmarried couples are allowed.

Payment modes accepted at our hostels: Cash, debit card, credit card and UPI payments.

100% prepayment is mandatory at our hostels on or prior to check-in to ensure guaranteed booking.

Non resident guests shall not be allowed beyond the common areas (most definitely not inside the guest rooms). 

In case anyone is traveling in a group of 2+ more people, we do not guarantee the accommodation arrangement for all the guests in the same dorm room. Allocation of rooms happens in an automated manner subject to availability at the time, varied floor arrangements, etc.

Specific policies may apply to different hostels under the brand at specific times of the year and the same shall be communicated at the time of check-in.

We are a pet-friendly. We permit pets only for private room guests and not dorm bookers. Pets are strictly not allowed in the dorms. Any damages, in case, incurred during the stay shall be attributable to the pet owners. 

We shall not be held responsible for guest’s loss of personal belongings and it shall be the responsibility of the guests to keep their valuables safe and secure. 

In case you are arriving earlier than the check-in time, you can hang out in the common area/cafe until the check-in time. However, in case you are arriving as early as 7 AM, it is highly recommended to book a dormitory bed or a private room for the previous night as well.

We do not promote long term stay at our hostels & may cancel your bookings on our discretion.

Any form of misconduct towards fellow travellers, whether male or female, will result in immediate check-out from the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, physical intimidation, or any inappropriate behavior that disrupts the comfort, safety, or wellbeing of others.

Consumption of alcohol, drugs & outside food is strictly prohibited at our hostels. In case anyone is found indulging in such activities, anywhere inside the hostel premises, we shall be liable to take strict actions ultimately leading to asking you to vacate the premises immediately. The guest shall also be deemed unfit to continue any further at any of our hostels in case of non-adherence of general policies, misbehavior (physical/mental/verbal or in any kind) with other guests or hostel management, theft, vandalism, trespassing, non-payment/delay in payment of dues, other guest inconveniences or any such unwarranted actions. In all such cases, the guest shall be asked to vacate the premises immediately without any refunds.

Smoking is strictly permitted only in the dedicated smoking zones within the premises.

Any damages done to the hostel’s infrastructure during your stay shall be chargeable to you as per the management’s discretion.

All our hostels are CCTV enabled for safety & security reasons. 

Refund and cancellation policy

All guests, who have booked via the company's website (www.julleycommune.com), can log in to their website accounts to cancel their bookings by themselves.

All guests, who have booked via sources such as Booking.com, MMT, etc., shall connect directly with them in order to cancel their bookings. We shall not be liable to handle such cancellation requests.

The guests can avail a 100% free cancellation on their bookings (hostels/workation) until 7 days prior to their check-in date, in the original payment source. In case a guest opts for a refund to their payment source, the same shall get refunded in 5 to 7 working days. Payment gateway charges paid during the time of booking shall be non-refundable.

The guests can avail a 50% free cancellation on their bookings (hostels/workation) until 4 days prior to their check-in date. Payment gateway charges paid during the time of booking shall be non-refundable.

The guests shall get zero refund on their bookings in case of cancellations made within 4 days to their check-in date or in case of a no-show (i.e. not arriving at the hostel at all). 

Any changes in the check-in as well as the check-out dates is not permissible. Guests are advised to cancel their bookings and make a fresh booking in order to change their dates. 

No refund shall be made in any case whatsoever post check-in at the hostel premises or in cases of early departures.
